The Filmmaker Behind

The Frame

For the past decade, I’ve worked across continents and film sets to bring cinematic stories to life—stories rooted in truth, nuance, and emotional clarity. Whether directing solo in a remote village or working with a team at the Sundance Institute, my approach remains the same:

Listen deeply. Build trust. Tell the truth.

The Path So Far:

  • Documentary work in Ghana and the Pacific Northwest

  • Over 5 years as a Gaffer at Sundance Labs, lighting for elite DPs

  • Assistant Director roles on both commercial and narrative film sets

  • 2,000+ hours of corporate production

  • Work with some of the top networks and organizations in the world

This mix of hands-on experience and intentional storytelling is what defines my work today. My journey has presented opportunities to capture or contribute to meaningful stories in life, sharing them in the most beautiful and profound ways possible.

The power of film and photography lies in its ability to create empathy and understanding - connecting people to a place, a moment, and to others. That’s the kind of work I aim to make.

My Philosophy

  • I work to honor the subject, craft the frame, and invite the audience into a moment that matters

  • My work isn’t just about visuals—it’s about creating empathy through story.

  • The power of film and photography is its ability to connect strangers. That’s the kind of work I aim to make.
